The disposable lighter is re-contextualized not as fleeting landfill, but as the kinetic core of a permanent tactile instrument. This custom modular sleeve encases standard utility hardware in an architectural shell, bridging industrial function with intimate hand-feel. It interrogates the boundary between disposable culture and heirloom artifacts, offering a grounded ritual every time friction creates flame.
Engineered with intentional weight distribution and organic contouring, the casing acts as an exoskeleton. Whether reflecting daylight through topographic elevation lines or storing energy to emit deep nocturnal bioluminescence, each piece is individually calibrated, inspected, and post-processed by hand to ensure a snug, rattle-free fit.

Got both editions. The black topo is my daily carry and the glowing one stays on my bedside table so I don’t lose it in the dark.
